FAQ entries should be sortable

Bug Description

Currently all FAQ entries are just added on top of each other.
There should be some mechanism for sorting them (e.g. JS Drag'n'Drop).

Would also be great to be able to have some basic hierarchy/grouping
- even just to 2 levels (from current 1) would be a big win.

Thanks!

Sorting would be great, yes.
As for grouping, what would be the use case for it?
I can sort of think of a few, but I'm interested in your perspective :)

I want to be able to arrange FAQs into logical sections...this can kind-of be done just with sorting, however having a layer of indent for sub-faqs would make this very clear, so readers can skip those they're not interested in & get to those they are.
Being able to roll-up the sections would also be useful.

Simple sorting would be a huge win anyway, so start with that perhaps to get us something quickly ;)
