Bug Description
It would be nice if we could easily add *MUST READ* type of links to the sidebar when one tries to translate something. For example, I want that people that come in and want to start doing Catalan stuff are aware of our conventions before they start doing any translation. Just a pair of links to two Softcatalà resources would help a bit.
Right now, most of the new Catalan material that is being introduced in Rosetta is quite poor because they totally ignore these conventions.

Yes Jordi, we have identified this need also for the Israeli LoCo team, it would be great if we had that with i.e. specific documentatin for how to deal with the %s for displaying error messages inside a translated text with a special attention to RTL etc.
