Links become unclickable due to bug 929

Bug Description

When a text overflows from the second column to the third one the links in that column become unclickable.
Steps for repro:
1)go to https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/+builds using firefox 1.5 with screen resolution of 1024x768.
2)attempt to click on 'Bugs' or 'Support' etc.

results:
the links are unclickable

expected results:
Links should be clickable
