deactivation of gpg key does not deactivate signed code of conduct

Bug Description

I deactivated my gpg key which I used to sign code of conduct (I can't use my primary gpg key here because of bug #296339) but I'm still listed as ubuntero.

Maybe it's a bug in this message. Anyway one of them should be fixed.

I think the message needs to be fixed. There are other gpg issues we want to solve in Decemeber, so I believe we will fix this issue in conjunction with them.
