Bug Description
The bug search capability should be enhanced to allow the searches to be saved. The current workaround of bookmarking your search is suboptimal, and doesn't allow easy sharing of the same search/reporting criteria.
A user should be able to give a name to a search, save it privately or publicly within the project. The saving publicly should also work within the context of private projects (i.e., the searches are available to everyone in the private project, but not the entire world).
