Bug Description
Launchpad should have a feature where it will gather bugs and blueprints that are in completed stages (fix commited, fix released, implemented) and generate a release notes page for a project. This could either be viewable during the release cycle or not viewable until after the series has been released.
This information would be gathered on a single page for easy viewing and used as the release notes page for that version of the release.
Ideally, once this info is gathered, it should be editable so that things can be added/removed, notes can be made, the community can be thanked, etc.
