Cannot nest project groups

Bug Description

I was trying to add a project group to the MySQL project group, which was supposed to take a group of individual projects later. However since project groups cannot be nested I have no other choice than to add my projecs to the top group (mysql) which is already crowded. In large projects like MySQL it makes sense to have nested project groups to organize the complex structure better, e.g. mysql -> mysql gui tools -> administrator, query browser, migration toolkit, common library.

I do not think we will ever do this. Nesting is hard, and that is what made team hard. Instead of making projects hard, we created project groups which is a simple 2-tier model. If we really want nesting, we would make the project object nestabled and remove all project-groups.
