Bug opener/reporter should be listed/'affected' by default

Bug Description

When I open/report a new bug I am by default not marked as affected by it. "This bug doesn't affect me".

As I am the one who is reporting the bug I should it be safe to assume by default that I am affected.

I had a look at Bug #289589 but I think that one is related to someone who is working on the bug and not the bug opener.

If this goes in, I think the reporter should also be added to any bugs that their bug gets marked a duplicate of. For example, I file bug A. I'm not subscribed and (if this goes in) 'affected by' A. If A gets marked as a dup of bug B. I get subscribed to B, but I should also 'be affected by' B.
