+editstatus and +edit should be one page

Bug Description

currently +ediststatus can only be reached by clicking on the title of the bug, this is not indicated anythere.
furthermore it seems that +edit and +editstatus should be one page.

provides an example of the issues of having two bug pages. The situation has since improved, but remains burdensome, with an extra click and page load required to get to the editing page.

"Too many clicks" is the #2 biggest Launchpad design issue:

You now no longer go to a separate page to change a bug's status. You still go to a separate page to edit the bug's description, but that's bug 76085.
