when i report a bug, it should automatically be marked as affecting me

Bug Description

I really like the new "This bug affects me" feature, but I think bugs that I have reported should automatically be marked as affecting me.

Actually, this requirement is the subject of an ongoing debate. There certainly isn't a consensus that it should behave like that, and I do not think that it should.

For example, I often report bugs on behalf of users, which do not affect me.

FWIW, I think it should.
If you report a bug in name of someone else, it still affects 1 person, so it's still rather accurate.
Since the feature isn't really tied to specific people, it doesn't matter *who* it affects, as much as how many.
