Bug Description
Users will need to specify and initiate package copy operations to copy archives on the web UI. Furthermore, they will want to view the status and/or progress of these package copy jobs and cancel them if needed.
This work is dependent on an asynchronous job system that can process long operations in the background. See also bug 283293
