In a report I recently opened up I took the opportunity to provide commentary on a solution I found to a problem. I changed the problem status and I used the "Comment On This Change" window. I'm sorry but 6 lines to type in a solution is too constraining.
If you look at the section called "Assigned To" I think you can agree if you put all three options nobody/me and their radio buttons, along with the choosable option and its radio button on one line and expand the "Comment On This Change" by another 6 lines or so that it becomes much more useful to people reporting problem changes. I have included attach two graphics to this ticket. Once called LaunchpadCommentWindow-Recommendations.png which is the modified page and the other is LaunchpadCommentWindow.png which shows the original page with the smaller window.
This bug was incorrectly filed about the Launchpad Bug Report Tool which is not the appropriate place to file bugs regarding the backend for Launchpad or the web user interface of Launchpad dealing with bugs. Subsequently, I'm changing the project affected to Malone which is the bugs portion of Launchpad.
