[feature request] Update bug watch link when marked duplicate

Bug Description
It would be nice that if a bug was marked as a duplicate of another bug upstream, that malone could automagically update the Launchpad upstream bug watch to watch the bug the original upstream bug was marked a duplicate of.
Example:
-Ubuntu user files a bug for KDE's file manager dolphin.
-User files upstream bug at bugs.kde.org
-The bug at bugs.kde.org gets marked as a duplicate of another bugs.kde.org bug.
What currently happens:
-The LP bug watch gets it's status changed to invalid and sits there. A human must manually update the bug link to the new bug.
What I'd like to happen.
-LP should auto-follow the duplicates and update the bug watch link. (I am lazy! :P)
