ObjectFormatterAPI classes shouldn't know about specific interfaces and the images they use.

Bug Description

The tales.ObjectFormatterAPI class has extensive knowledge of which images are associated with certain interfaces in Launchpad. This leads to extensive coupling between the class and the rest of the site.

The context objects themselves should supply an icon. ObjectFormatterAPI should use polymorphism to fetch the icons.
