Scannner log should include bzr log

Bug Description
At the moment, the scanner's log only includes things explicitly logged by the scanner. It would be great if we could also have Bazaar's log included in the scanner's log.

Probably just need to add a logger handler for 'bzr' (or remove a /dev/null one if one has been installed). Or a '' handler perhaps.
