Bug Description
Now that the repository format is shown in the branch's page, it would be great for new users to tell them what version of bzr supports that format.
bzr 0.11 is in Debian stable, so users drop in and don't understand why they can't branch, and with a new format coming up soon, this will make even more sense.

On the whole we use the description strings directly from bzr, so really the bzr strings should be updated.
