Bug Description
Now that we have Private PPAs, I am having vendors who wish to do their own packaging and simply send them to us for review/guidance (currently 100% of our ISVs) through that channel. Given they are maintaining the package, it would be nice if there were an automated mechanism by which I could press a button to automatically sign a package and upload it to partner. (and also keep a record of the date and time which I did it)

This would be dependent on us completing bug 334858. Then once we have a UI for copying packages to the distro, this will be fixed automatically.
