Combining search and filtering on +translate pages

I agree it should be possible to use filtering and searching at the same time.

That is dependent on fixing bug 87513.

Matthew, we had this discussion, as I was already implementing such functionality. So, the only concern you have is the UI? If we clean the UI up, you'd say it's best to have them have a combined effect?

If so, we should probably re-title this bug instead.

I apologize for making an incorrect suggestion earlier. I realized I was wrong when thinking about what someone would expect to happen when they chose an item from the translation status menu, then entered search text and pressed Enter. They wouldn't expect their status selection to be ignored. The same goes for the suggestion language menu (though there people might be expecting to be able to search the translation suggestions as well as the English strings, but that can be implemented later)

So, I think merging the three forms into one would be an improvement. This needn't alter the layout; the submit button can stay where it is shown on TranslationPageTwoZero, while the search field stays on the right.
