Searching doesn't work well in Launchpad

Bug Description
If you go to the bugs.launchpad.net and search for 'requires internet' and specify the wubi project nothing appears.
However if you click report a bug and type 'requires internet' a list of possible matches appear and the top result is actually the one desired.
How come 'requires internet' doesn't show any results in the search when those two keywords are in an actual title of a bug?

Because Launchpad doesn't show by default bugs in the closed state (Fix released, Invalid, Won't Fix) or duplicates, while the +filebug form shows bugs in any state or the master bug for a duplicate.
