Bug Description
Right now, there is a large queue on i386 for PPA packages because of a number of arch:all language packs being built. It would be helpful if such arch:all packages could be directed to any other free builder in such a case. eg, right now lpia and amd64 builders are virtually idle, when they could be used to help clear out the backlog.
