Need overview of distribution bugs throughout all series

Bug Description

There's no way to see all bugs open in a distribution, regardless of the series. This makes things horrifically cumbersome and fury-inducing.

Doesn't the Filters box in https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/ show you that? Do you need a count or a listing?

Listing. Just a count is pretty useless.

I'm not sure if this is the same issue that I am seeing but if I try to get a list of milestoned bugs for Ubuntu 8.04.2 on openoffice.org for example it shows nothing at all. But if I show all milestoned bugs for Ubuntu 8.04.2 overall the bugs show up.

That's because they're not open in Ubuntu - only Ubuntu Hardy. That's this bug.
