Bug Description
On the main project pages, a text box should inform the user that the project is dormant if no activity has been recorded for an extended period of time.
I often snoop around, looking for interesting projects, but sometimes it's not easy to see if a project is dead or not -- often I have to look at the devel mailing list archives, seeing if there are any recent messages.
It would be nice if Launchpad provided such activity information up front.
