Bug Description

The Release files for Ubuntu should declare

Changelogs: https://changelogs.ubuntu.com/changelogs/pool/@CHANGEPATH@/changelog

Such that this template does not have to be hardcoded in apt forever.

See https://ftp.debian.org/debian/dists/unstable/InRelease for the Debian example.

Julian, I am not familiar with the release process of Ubuntu yet, so I am not sure whether you intentionally chose the Launchpad project for this ticket, or whether this belongs to the Ubuntu project.

Could you be a bit more specific what needs to be done where?

Thank you.

This is a field that soyuz has to write to the files called Release, InRelease in the Ubuntu archive, it's not related to the release process.

Unless there's a hook in there for archive admins to add arbitrary fields to those files. I don't know about what's delegated that way
