Hi Prasanth,
Thanks for your report.
It looks like the error handling itself failed.
So, this probably means that you filled out a field incorrectly which then should have created a proper error message, but failed.
This also means, if you fill out the form correctly, you will not encounter the problem.
We will have a look into this, but in the meantime, could you please try to fill out the form again?
If you encounter the problem again, please use the browser back button and make a screenshot, so we could assist you to fill out the form.
