Ability to disable email notifications for user/self

Hi,

Any chance of adding the ability to disable email notifications for specific users/accounts?

This would be for Canonical IS to reduce the amount of emails we receive - code-review and bug are the two main types. These are mainly for bot accounts created for various services (e.g. hwe-oem-bot, ubuntu-kernel-bot, and anbox-cloud-jb-bot).

Something like a little check box under the account's 'Email' setting with something like "Disable all email notifications". Then when that's checked/enabled, email notifications are not sent to that user/account.
