Bug Description
Situation: A bug report comes in, I forward it to upstream so the developers can see it/work on it and add a bug watch in LP. But, apparently I didn't find the already reported bug in upstream's bug tracker. My upstream bug is marked as a duplicate in the upstream bug tracker.
Launchpad only knows that my upstream bug was set to "invalid" not that it was marked a duplicate (in the case of Bugzilla trackers).
Expected Result: Launchpad would notice that the last comment (for bugzilla trackers) says "*** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug XXXXX ***" and updates the watch in LP to follow the correct bug.
