Immediately after submitting a comment on a bug, the ✏️ button on the comment doesn't seem to do anything (nor the delete). I expect it to give me a text field to edit the comment, or to delete the comment respectively.
Looking in DevTools, I see no event hooked up (unlike other clickable images) until I reload the page.
Steps to reproduce
1. Add a comment to a bug e.g. https://bugs.qastaging.launchpad.net/kcpuautoscaling/+bug/1742790
2. After hitting Post Comment, try to edit the just-posted comment
Expected
Get a text area for editing the comment and fixing my typo
Actual
Have to reload the page and then click the ✏️
Note the same
