Bug Description

I added an adcli package task to bug https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/sssd/+bug/1868703, and afterwards changed my mind and deleted it. I then changed my mind *again*, and added the same package task back, and this gave me an OOPS:

  IntegrityError: duplicate key value violates unique constraint "bugtask_distinct_sourcepackage_assignment"
DETAIL: Key (bug, COALESCE(sourcepackagename, '-1'::integer), COALESCE(distroseries, '-1'::integer), COALESCE(distribution, '-1'::integer))=(1868703, 100263, 307, -1) already exists.
