OCI recipe: cannot associate credentials to push rules

After adding my credentials to the ~canonical-server namespace [1] I am not able to associate to a given OCI recipe's push rule. For instance, if you go to [2] and click on "Edit push rules" at the bottom of the page nothing will be presented, despite the credentials are there (as you can see in [1]).

From my perspective after adding credentials in the team context they should show up on "Edit push rules" of a given OCI recipe owned by that team. Please, correct me if my assumptions are wrong.
