Bug Description

Problem
=======

I began to follow the notes for Importing a OpenPGP key for Launchpad.

  * https://help.launchpad.net/YourAccount/ImportingYourPGPKey -- Help page
  * https://launchpad.net/%7Eusername/+editpgpkeys -- PGP page (you'll need to put your id)

  1. I used the Ubuntu menu to open the "Passwords and Keys" application.

  2. The directions mention tabs -- The current app doesn't have tabs

  3. Some instructions direct actions that are not available in the current app. or have been renamed

Expected
========

I would like the help information to reflect the current LTS make-up for all affected pages. At the very least I feel that we should see a foot note to the effect that the documentation is relevant up to Ubuntu release 18.04 (or whatever as the relevant release number).

I recommend your packaging people make a list as to the Ubuntu pages and documentation that are relevant to a pending change when building up the contents next release. Ordinarily this would only need to be for changed application or where substitute packages replace a previous package.

I guess if an existing package changed its behaviour, etc. Your first option would be to ask the up-stream provider to provide an update for the existing/old text.

In the mean while, it is confusing as to how to provide a key with the existing app. It would be nice if you can provide a 10.04 relevant side-bar. Thanks you in advance.
