Branches on bug page should include branchable URL

Bug Description

Having a list of branches related to a bug listed right on the bug
page is great. It would be nice to include the URL of the branch on
the bug page to avoid needing to go to the code hosting when all you
want is to get the branch (like when doing reviews, for example).

I think this could be accomplished by prepending 'lp:' to the linked
branch name already shown on the page.

You should be able to treat any page about a branch as a branchable url and launchpad will send a redirect...

But I agree that showing the lp: url would be better.
