Bug feeds should list source package name(s) in titles and descriptions in content

The new bug feeds feature is very useful for tracking new bugs as they come. As a bug triager I find it more structured and convenient than following ubotu on IRC.

It would, however, be much more useful if the entry titles in distribution bug feeds included the source package names for the bug reports, and the entry contents included the descriptions, along with the information already present. Right now, when browsing the feed in a feed reader, one has to click each item to see the source package, and go to the bug page in LP to see the description. Being able to see the source packages altogether along with the summaries in the listing would provide much better context and allow for scanning, and by being able to see the description with one click, triagers could easily see whether they're qualified to deal with the bug immediately.

If keeping the feed sizes small is a concern, this may still be done in a separate "full featured" feed.

I'm also not sure whether this should be split into two separate bugs; please comment if that is the case and I'll split it.
