Bug Description
If a project's Bugs page included a list of the most-subscribed-to bug reports, that might decrease the number of duplicates reported.

-- users filing bugs, particularly in Ubuntu, only see the bug filing workflow, so we should show it there, perhaps as part of the search results for possibly existing bugs.

I am tempted to mark this as invalid because we want bug heat to incorporate this, and there already is a sorting by affected users. Neither is in the UI now and I do not think the sorting option is effective.
