Bug Description

It often happens that I want to change the status of a bug (say, from "New" to "Confirmed") or change the assignee of a bug while at the same time adding a comment (for example, asking for further information).

Currently I need to do this in two steps because depending on which of the "Save changes" buttons was pressed, either the status change or the comment is lost. What should happen is that _all_ changes/comments are saved, regardless of which button is pressed.

You can comment on a bug while changing the status. It's perhaps a bit confusing as there are two comment fields: one below "Comment on this change (optional)" and one below "Add a comment/attachment". If you put your comment in the first field, it will be saved along with your status changes, as I'm doing right now. :)

Thanks for clarifying, Jonathan. Indeed I kept overlooking the first comment field when making changes. But I still believe that it shouldn't matter which button you press - all changes should be saved in both cases.
