Unable to mark a bug as a duplicate

Bug Description

Multiple people have tried to mark bug #1726545 as a duplicate of bug #1713313 multiple times on multiple days and keep getting a timeout error. It does not appear to be a temporary problem.

I tried it too. There are no OOPS IDs shown when this happens.

Checked with Firefox develop tools, and now I see the OOPS is in the HTTP response headers:
