Bug Description
An example email is below. Consider that I'm a member of the team, and so I care about the fact that this build has failed and want to know why, but I also want to know which changes were in that package (which are blocked by the failure) and who uploaded it. Neither of these pieces of information is available in the email, but these and others would be easy to get if the email included a URL to the source package release page.

SourcePackage( Release) page is not available for PPAs, thus the 'Source: not available' line. We could, at least, link to the context PPA..
