Bug Description

Some people file bug reports for things that are blueprints, and vice versa. It would be useful to have the possibility to convert a blueprint into a bug report or vice versa.

Bug #177519 is not a duplicate - making a blueprint invalid is a separate (and broader) thing from changing it to a question.

On the blueprint page, it's possible to link a blueprint to a bug, but there is no link on the bug page to link the bug to an existing blueprint. Either way, it should be possible to create a new blueprint from a bug from a blueprint or vice versa and automatically fill in the fields and link them together.
