Bug Description
Bug 1688609 involved an issue where a snap wasn't properly authorised for whatever reason, and so never got uploaded. There should be some kind of UI indication of this, at least on Snap:+index and probably also on SnapBuild:+index, and a link to Snap:+authorize so that the user can fix it.
