Translation contributors list should be limited to 10 items

Bug Description
You can see a very long list of contributors on
https:/
When there are more than 10 translators, the list should be truncated, and a link should be added to a page listing all translators. The link should look like "See all 512 contributors". That is, you can see how many contributors there are in the link.
There remains a question of which 10 translators should be listed when there is limited space. The two most obvious choices are:
* The 10 most recent contributors.
* The 10 contributors with the most translations.
