Bug Description
It would be great if in addition to VCS pushes Webhooks supported sending notifications for events on a project's bugs as well.
Context: I'm working with a team that uses LaunchPad for bug tracking and management but another service for workflow management and would like changes on LaunchPad to be reflected in that other service. Building an intermediary would be simple to receive the webhooks and trigger a change in the other service. The alternative would be periodically polling the API and looking at bugs for changes and then updating the other service which I suspect would be worse for LaunchPad's API over all.
