Bug Description

As it happens with bug #1 and lp:1, launchpad should automatically linkify for ppa urls, so ppa:ci-train-ppa-service/landing-001 should link to https://launchpad.net/~ci-train-ppa-service/+archive/ubuntu/landing-001
