search: choosing specific project does not unset "All projects" scope

Bug Description

WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENS

On visiting https://launchpad.net/bugs and clicking "(Choose...)" to select a project, once I select a project, the radio button for "All projects" search scope remains set.

WHAT I EXPECT TO HAPPEN

On visiting https://launchpad.net/bugs and clicking "(Choose...)" to select a project, once I select a project, the radio button for "One project" should be set.
