Bug Description
At present the code for managing bug contacts for products that use the Launchad Bug Tracker and that which manages the contacts for products that use the Answer tracker reside in separate views.
However, both sets of code use pretty much the same logic and function calls to generate their forms and validate input. Therefore it seems logical that this logic be factored out into a common base view from which the existing views can inherit instead of re-inventing the wheel.
