Bug Description
It's very hard to find a bug again if it has some (distro) tasks still open (e.g. a SRU bug or a security bug) and the "Ubuntu" tasks is already closed.
It doesn't appear on the "Ubuntu" bug listings anymore but only on the listings for that release which I normally doesn't look at. One has to remember that there are some tasks still open and check the bug listings for every release to find them again.
For example, bug 122207 is (at the time of writing) fixed for Ubuntu because it is fixed in Gutsy. It is still open for Dapper, Edgy, and Feisty, but does not show up at <https:/

This is important - we have 5 releases supported now, and it's tedious to search through them all for a bug. I wouldn't particularly want targetted bugs appearing with normal, untargetted bugs, but it would be nice to have an overview over all releases and general distro bugs.
