Bug Description
I want to place many small projects under my personal namespace, so that I publish the repository in my CV. Since the projects are small, incomplete with uncertain future, and too many (about 30-50) I don't want to register many global projects. The only way I've found is to place them under +junk, but *junk* is not something to put in my CV.
Previous discussion concluded that we want to change the name to +personal or +personal-branches. This is not as easy as other renames because "+junk" is hard coded into many classes.

We want to rename junk to +personal. The code is personal. Projects are a point of collaboration between one or more communities of people; they are not subordinate to any user or team.
