Bug Description
Since we now have a new kernel backport, we have added a new task to kernel bugs. We are now unable to set the status on this new task without hitting a timeout.
For example, trying to switch "Maverick" to "Invalid" on the "linux-lts-quantal" task in bug 706999 results in OOPS-91d11c991cbabec55e1af4d24a337656
This is breaking the kernel security update workflow, and we are unable to coordinate kernel releases at this time.

I think you can delete the series tasks to clean up the bug. It will make the page load faster and permit task edits to complete.
