choiceedit shows edit action icon when only one choice is available

Bug Description
In updating #1052551 you can see that, in blueprints and branches, it's very possible that there's only one choice for the information type. The side portlet with the choice widget still shows an edit icon and allows popping up the change UI with only the one value. The better UX would probably be to just not show the edit icon when there's only one option available for the choice widget.
