Bug Description

Project and series Bugs pages, such as <https://bugs.launchpad.net/bzr>, <https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu>, or <https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/quantal>, have links to and counts of "Bugs with patches". But they do not have a link to and a count of "Bugs with branches" or "Bugs with merge proposals".

This makes it harder to find bugs that could easily be fixed.
