Bug Description
Steps to reproduce (using sample data):
1. Log out from launchpad.dev
2. Open http://
3. Click the firefox (upstream) arrow to uncollapse the editstatus form
4. See an error message: "You are not the bug assignee nor the maintainer of firefox (upstream), and therefore cannot edit this bug's status."
