No pagination on code.lp.net; can't see all branches

Bug Description
code.lp.net doesn't correctly display branch listings for projects with large number of branches. Pagination is disabled so there is no way to view all branches
For example, LP reports that the 'launchpad itself' project has 450 active branches:
"Launchpad itself has 793 active branches owned by 87 people and 4 teams. There were 1175 commits by 20 people in the last month. "
The summary at the end of the list of branches only shows 97 branches:

Expected results:
I can use pagination to see all branches, and the number of branches displayed on a page is a more-round number like 75 or 100 rather than 97.
Actual results:
Only 97 branches are shown and there is no way to page through to the other branches.
In another example (a private project) 99 of the 400+ branches were displayed rather than 97.
